Gelareh Naeinian
Founder
Being born into a family that has a wide international network of businesses that spans across the world, Gelareh has cemented her current roles not just as a director of the main family business but also a series of other businesses that she formed or helped form. Her various language capacities and tertiary educational background have grounded her well for her continuous progress and future development. Gelareh has been working with PARS International, family business operating in Australia , China, Malaysia, USA , the Middle East and Australia since 2002 and is now a director and principal of PARS (since 2011). Gelareh is a director and founder for a number of businesses including: RPM Consulting Services, Pure Care Services as well as Pure Ability (a human resources company for the disability sector). Prior to that she managed and help children disability organisation Cerebral Palsy Alliance, a charity organisation, while continuing her education. Gelareh has also helped and provided consultancy to many businesses wanting to trade with China and the Middle East as well start-up business in Australia. She worked closely with some on the development of their business plans and appropriate implementation.
Jon Kontopos
Director
Jon has nine years experience in providing property and relocation services to seniors (using retirement villages as a distribution channels). Jon has an excellent track record in working with seniors and understanding their requirements. . Prior to this Jon worked at RBS Property Finance, Stockland, and BDO Corporate Finance. Jon founded Home Caring , Dementia Caring in 2007. Jon is committed to solving the problems faced by families due to his own family experience with his grandfather who had Alzheimer’s for many years.
Xuyen Tang

Xuyen Tang is the Chief Executive Officer of Pure Home Care , Home Caring & Dementia Caring Group Australia. Xuyen has over 20 Years of experience in senior management of community services both in government and non-government sectors. Xuyen has exceptional skills in leadership, strategic planning, and business development. Her passion is to provide high quality services without compromising professional standards and good governance. Xuyen is a certified Lean Six sigma practitioner, specialized in operations efficiency and business performance. Xuyen ‘s formal qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (MBA), a Post-Graduate Diploma in Management and a Bachelor of Social Science. She is diligent, honest and compassionate in her approach and brings a professionalism to the home care industry.
