Whom we recruit
It is no secret; we recruit Recruiting Carers, Assistants in nursing (AIN’s), Enrolled Nurses and Registered Nurses. Each with significant Health & Community experience. All employees are recruited to follow the ethics of Pure Home Care; where respect, dignity and a standard of care is necessary. All Pure Home Care staff have been carefully selected and employed to uphold Pure Home Care mission and values. Our staff have compassion, respect and believe in providing home care with dignity.
All Pure Care staff must demonstrate significant experience, uphold standard requirements to earned qualifications. Pure Home Care support personal development of its employee and will offer sector training and development.
